Requirements

• Proven, deep experience in Enterprise or Operational Risk Management within financial services, risk consultancies, or Big 4 environments. • Experience in SME lending, fintech, or fast-paced digital lending environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Strong strategic acumen, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex risk concepts into clear business impacts. • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills—capable of influencing and constructively challenging senior management. • Curiosity, good judgement, ability to break down problems and imagine solutions. Enthusiasm about AI and its potential to support the role. • Hands-on expertise with Enterprise/Operational Risk Management tools (GRC software), alongside high proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite. • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, own outcomes, and mentor or manage team members effectively. • We’re building a place where everyone truly feels they belong.
