• Strong full-stack engineering expertise. Extensive experience building modern web applications, spanning frontend systems, backend services, and API design. • Modern frontend development. Strong experience building production applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Able to design maintainable component architectures and deliver high-quality user interfaces. • Backend systems and service design. Experience designing and implementing backend services and APIs in Node.js or similar environments. Able to build reliable services that support complex workflows and data interactions. • Workflow-oriented product development. Experience building applications that support operational workflows, stateful processes, and real-world user interactions. • Collaborative engineering mindset. Able to work effectively within a small, senior engineering team, contributing ideas, shaping architecture, and collaborating closely with product and data partners. • Startup ownership mindset.
