veeva - Systems - Product Expert – Veeva RIM Submissions, Archive, and Publishing

• 3+ years within the regulatory industry for life sciences in Regulatory Operations, Regulatory Affairs, or related areas. Note that typical candidates will often come from Submission Publishing, Submission Managers, Regulatory Affairs Consultants and Specialists. • 3+ years of experience working in consulting, solution consulting, support, or business liaison roles. • Experience in using and/or implementing RIM applications and processes including substantial experience working with document management, submission building, publishing, and archiving electronic submissions. • Ability to understand customer business requirements and to translate them to problem statements that clearly identify the needs of the customer – communicated to both business and technical stakeholders. • Ability to understand technical specifications and software development documentation and translate them to end users and business teams. • Experience in interacting with customers from business users, IT departments, and executive suite, as well as internal teams, both in-person and remote. • Strong analytical skills and English skills (written, verbal, and formal presentations). • Self-directed team player with a positive attitude. • Willingness to travel up to 15%, including travel to the USA. • Based in Europe (with ability to work across time zones). • Fluency in another European language • Experience performing software demonstrations and creating engaging videos • ## Interviewing with Veeva • We value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
