Requirements
• 5-8 years in events management • Experience as an events manager for B2B software • Track record of success maintaining accountability in situations where you don't directly control the output • Strong ability to multitask while offering high-touch support • Balance flexing from strategic thinking to in-the-weeds execution • A major plus if you also bring: • Passion for and/or experience in the AEC industry • WORKING AT HIGHARC • Higharc has been remote first since our founding in 2018. Responsibilities
• In this high-visibility, collaborative role, you'll be accountable for activating AEs and BDs, enabling partners, and creating repeatable playbooks that make events a predictable source of growth. Expect to: • Define, analyze, and predict pipeline and revenue impact from S&M events • Own event strategy, selection, GTM team activation, and follow up • Own lead capture and ROI Tracking • Ensure cross-functional alignment between PeopleOps (logistics), Marketing, Business Development, and Sales • Analyze event performance, recommend optimizations to double down on events with proven ROI and cut events that don’t perform.
