Requirements
• A portfolio that shows your taste and range, and your role on each piece • 7+ years making video, including 2+ years owning the creative for a brand, channel or show • Can cut the most important pieces yourself • Have directed editors or freelancers, or managed a small team • Able to make a technical product clear to a non-technical viewer • Published weekly or faster for six months or more • Grown an audience on YouTube, Instagram or TikTok; packaging and testing experience is a plus • Fluent in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or After Effects, and a daily user of AI tools • Clear written and spoken English
Responsibilities
• Own every Coram video from brief to publish, and set the bar for story, pacing, b-roll, graphics and sound • Direct how we film our founders and experts, and edit the footage into videos people finish • Publish every week without the quality slipping • Manage our video editor and a bench of freelancers • Cut long-form videos into Shorts, Reels, TikToks and LinkedIn clips, edited for each platform • Plan where each video runs and how it spreads, with our Head of Content and SEO • Own titles, thumbnails and hooks with our designers, and test what works • Use AI tools to speed up production
