Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience • You've run SEO, AEO and paid ads yourself, not only managed people who did • Ideally you've done this in-house at a fintech; agency experience is fine too • A data background: you're comfortable pulling and analyzing your own numbers • Drive, willingness to work hard and go the extra mile. We are a highly ambitious, driven team with audacious goals, and we work very hard to make them a reality • Plus if you've run UGC programs

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition end to end: channel mix, creative, targeting, bidding and budget • Build and run our SEO and AEO programs • Source and manage UGC (user-generated content) creators to produce ad creative at volume • Set up the tracking and reporting that ties spend to active users, by channel and by cohort • Cut what doesn't work quickly and scale what does
