Requirements
• 5-7+ years in a professional services sales environment managing complex sales with multiple stakeholder groups/organizations • Service selling • Technology sales • Navigating deals larger than $1M • Formal sales methodology • Large account management best practices • Hands-on experience with CRM software products would be a strong asset • Ability to interact with a customer’s executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs • Ability to think critically and analytically • Strong leadership skills • Previous healthcare and hospital sector experience • Previous experience in the Salesforce customer/partner/delivery ecosystem • Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients • Experience supporting sales and business development
Responsibilities
• The Business Development Director is responsible for developing new business opportunities with new and existing clients. Your primary focus is finding, scoping, estimating, and closing new business using a highly collaborative, solution selling approach and a comprehensive sales methodology. • Lead creation and management • Sales discovery and qualification • Identification of business pain points and objectives • Using Salesforce ecosystem, data and strategy service capabilities and come up with solutions to address pain points • Accessing multiple buyers • Building proposals, RFP's, & Statements of Work • Leading and delivering sales presentations (when appropriate) • Work with clients through procurement • On-going account management
