GitLab - Enterprise QA Engineer, Salesforce

• Education • Education • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline; or equivalent professional experience • 7+ years in Software QA, including functional, system, API, and integration testing • 4+ years of experience with automation tools and frameworks i.e. Playwright & TestIM • Strong CRM and ERP domain knowledge i.e. Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite • Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform including CPQ, Sales process, Lightning and Salesforce integration with other tools/systems using API • Proficiency in Java, Javascript and XPath identification • Hands-on experience in using AI tools like Claude for building agents for QA workflows • Claude • The Enterprise Applications QA Team at GitLab is a dynamic, cross-functional group dedicated to the quality of all the business applications. Focusing on both CRM systems and Finance systems, the team authors and maintains the manual and automated test suites.
