Remote APAC QA Engineer Playwright JavaScript TypeScript

Responsibilities

• Work on E2E automated testing of a web SPA as the main user interaction layer, covering key screens and critical user journeys. • Build and extend regression coverage using Playwright (JavaScript), including screenshot and visual testing. • Collaborate with developers to debug flaky tests, investigate issues, and improve overall test stability. • What you'll own • Build and maintain E2E automated tests for the web SPA using Playwright (JavaScript). • Develop and extend regression coverage across key screens and user flows. • Introduce and maintain screenshot and visual testing where relevant. • Participate in manual acceptance testing for new features and UI changes. • Contribute to page performance and load optimization from a quality perspective. • What makes you a strong fit • Strong experience with web E2E automation, preferably in SPA applications. • Hands-on experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and Playwright. • Solid understanding of testing strategy and regression suite design. • Experience debugging unstable or flaky UI tests. • Ability to work with complex UI flows, including multi-step and media-driven interactions.
