Valtech - Data Director
Requirements
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data transformation or AI programmes • Strong consulting background with experience operating in complex client environments • Experience shaping modern data strategies, architectures and operating models • Deep understanding of cloud data ecosystems across AWS, Azure or GCP • Experience working with modern data platforms and technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric or equivalent ecosystems • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including experience engaging senior leadership audiences • Hands-on technical credibility across data engineering, analytics, AI or architecture disciplines • Experience balancing strategic advisory with practical delivery leadership • Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to evolving transformation programmes • Strong systems thinking, connecting business goals, technology, operations and data • Commercial awareness, including experience contributing to proposals, pre-sales or account growth • Experience working within agile, cross-functional delivery environments • Excellent communication and presentation skills • A collaborative and pragmatic mindset focused on measurable outcomes • If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
