Maven Clinic - Senior Decision Scientist, Measurement & Insights

• 5+ years of relevant analytics or data science experience, with a track record of cross-functional or cross-surface work • Fluency in SQL, DBT,  and a strong background in data visualization • Proficiency with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Looker) • Hands-on experience with Python or R • Demonstrated ability to design scalable data structures and reporting from both internal and 3rd party sources • An ability to juggle long-term, strategic projects alongside ad hoc, urgent requests • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to turn data into direction for cross-functional stakeholders • Experience working with event-based data • Knowledge of experimentation and/or statistical modeling • Experience building shared measurement frameworks or semantic/metrics layers used across multiple teams • The base salary range for this role is $174,000 - $205,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive equity and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset. • This role requires active work authorization in the US. • Maven embraces a flexible hybrid work model. Our teams primarily operate from the New York Metropolitan area, NY, and remotely via San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, Seattle, WA. For those in our New York City office, we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to work onsite three days a week  (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). For those based in Boston, DC, Chicago, Seattle, and San Francisco, we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to attend monthly Work Together Days within these cities.
