Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, finance, fintech, crypto, strategy, or a high-growth technology company • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills • Clear written and verbal communication • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams • Strong interest in stablecoins, payments, or digital asset infrastructure • Comfort with basic financial modeling or spreadsheet analysis • Prior exposure to crypto, stablecoins, payments, or financial infrastructure • Familiarity with financial markets and related infrastructure • Experience supporting BD, partnerships, or GTM teams • What You'll Get • Direct mentorship and daily exposure to senior-level GTM and BD execution • Front-row seat to institutional stablecoin adoption and large-scale partnerships • Hands-on experience across strategy, commercial structuring, and execution • Opportunity to grow into a more senior BD, strategy, or product-facing role over time
