• You have several years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer, ideally in a cloud-native environment • You’re proficient in SQL, Python, dbt, and Git – and have a strong track record of building production-grade pipelines • You bring experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and tools like Databricks, Fivetran, or Airbyte • You have a deep understanding of data modeling, data warehouse design, and data quality best practices • You’re a strong communicator who can bridge the gap between engineering and business stakeholders • You’re self-driven, take ownership end-to-end, and thrive in a remote, async-first environment • Being part of our team means joining a high-performing company with a diverse and inclusive culture.
