Requirements
• Strong GMAT score (typically in the 90th percentile+ range) • Prior tutoring or teaching experience • Clear and structured approach to breaking down complex problems • Ability to assess each student’s starting point, create personalized study plans, teach core concepts and test strategies • Experience hosting sessions virtually (preferred but not mandatory as candidates can set their own hours) • Partner with our team for delivering a high-quality experience ✅ • Ability to help students build accuracy, pacing, and confidence leading up to the exam day.
Responsibilities
• Assess each student’s starting point for GMAT preparation • Create personalized study plans tailored to individual students' needs • Teach core concepts and test strategies relevant to the Quantitative, Verbal, and Data Insights sections of the GMAT • Help students build accuracy, pacing skills, and confidence in their abilities leading up to exam day • Set own hours and rates for tutoring sessions • Host virtual study sessions with students as needed • Partner with Leland's team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience
