You love what you do and you do it with purpose. • 7–10 years of experience in partner programs, channel operations, partner success, professional services, managed services, consulting/advisory, or SaaS GTM execution. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven experience working across Sales, Channel, Services, and Partner organizations to drive execution without direct authority. • Cross-Functional Leadership: • Operational Discipline: A strong bias for action regarding opportunity inspection, cadence management, and executive-ready reporting. • Operational Discipline: • Asset Creation: Experience building practical field-facing playbooks, templates, and operating models that enable consistent execution at scale. • Asset Creation: • Communication: Strong business acumen with the ability to simplify complex workflows and tailor messaging for regional and global stakeholders. • Communication: • Flexibility: Comfortable working across time zones as needed. • Flexibility: • Experience supporting partner-led professional services, managed services, co-delivery, or advisory services motions. • Background working with GSIs, National Solution Providers, VARs, MSSPs, or large enterprise SaaS partner ecosystems. • Technical familiarity with CRM, PRM, PSA, partner portals, and services attach tracking/reporting dashboards. • Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
