Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in a sales or call center environment (healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or consumer products preferred) • Strong phone presence and ability to manage high call volume efficiently • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Spanish fluency is a plus • Proven ability to handle objections and close sales in a structured environment • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts, and chats with prospective customers • Educate customers on Nidra Therapy and how it compares to traditional treatment options • Guide customers through the sales process with empathy, clarity, and professionalism • Handle objections effectively and support customers in making informed decisions • Accurately document all customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM • Collaborate with marketing, customer care, and patient access teams to ensure a seamless customer experience • Provide feedback on customer trends and opportunities to improve the sales and patient journey
