Requirements
• 5–10 years of experience in US sales (mandatory) • Proven experience in outbound calling and closing deals in the US market • Experience selling leads or services to service providers • Strong ability to manage high call volumes and conversion targets • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills • Self-driven and comfortable working in a fully remote setup • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US EST • Preferred Background • Experience working with insurance agents or in the insurance ecosystem • Prior exposure to lead-selling or marketplace business models
Responsibilities
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to US-based insurance agents • Sell pre-generated, qualified leads to insurance service providers • Clearly communicate value proposition and pricing of leads • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM systems • Handle objections and close deals effectively • Coordinate with internal teams for lead allocation and quality feedback
