Requirements

Responsibilities

You design for where the company is going and can build foundations that will hold up as we scale. • Can work directly with functional leaders by turning vague requests into clear deliverables, explaining how the data works, and negotiating priorities and tradeoffs. • Are comfortable as the only data hire, balancing foundational architecture against urgent business needs.
