Responsibilities
• People Development: Design and deliver a Manager Effectiveness Programme focused on performance accountability, situational leadership, and cross-cultural communication between Europe and India. • People Development: • Coaching & Facilitation: Facilitate live training sessions (virtual and in-person) and lead structured follow-up touchpoints like peer learning circles to ensure training is applied to real-world performance conversations. • Coaching & Facilitation: • LMS & Record Management: Act as the primary owner for training records across all geographies. Ensure the LMS is accurate, produce completion reports for the HR Director, and manage queries from external auditors. • LMS & Record Management: • Toolkit Creation: Build and maintain a practical "Manager Toolkit" (feedback frameworks, documentation templates, etc.) that resources leaders in the moment, not just during training events. • Toolkit Creation: • Global Collaboration: Work closely with the Global L&D team to curate content and retire legacy materials, ensuring alignment with global strategy while meeting local EU/India needs. • Global Collaboration:
