Requirements

Responsibilities
• Leading and managing Screening teams to achieve performance metrics and quality targets. • Minimizing team turnover and maximizing team member satisfaction. • Optimizing team structure to support changes in supply, growth strategy, and capacity planning. • Managing internal team projects. • Planning, creating, and releasing new team initiatives and process updates. • Working with vertical subject matter experts to optimize tasks and screening step content. • Supporting Vertical Lead in vertical initiatives. • Supporting the Manager of Business Screening and QA Manager in establishing a customer-centric approach for screening and ensuring compliance to the new standards. • Serving as an escalation point for talent disputes while also monitoring, investigating, and remedying issues as they arise. • Leading the build-out of new talent specializations, including hiring the screeners needed to support them. • Creating, managing, maintaining documentation that supports screening process and procedures while complying with cross-vertical standards. • Providing guidance and feedback to analytics teams to improve reporting across technical screening. • Monitoring talent screening passing rates, activation speed, and other key metrics. • Supporting the QA team in evaluating screener performance during interviews and other interactions with talent. • In the first week, expect to: • Complete onboarding and become familiar with the Talent Screening team, systems, tools, and operational workflows. • Meet key stakeholders to understand business priorities and the Screening team’s objectives. • Shadow core screening operations and cross-functional workflows to understand how screening supports the talent lifecycle. • In the first month, expect to: • Develop a solid understanding of the end-to-end talent journey, from application through activation. • Learn the different screening models, processes, and operational workflows, including standard, expedited, and custom screening paths. • Build effective working relationships with cross-functional partners and begin supporting day-to-day operational activities. • In the first three months, expect to: • Independently manage assigned operational workflows and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with minimal guidance. • Monitor screening performance, operational health, and key metrics, proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities. • Take ownership of an assigned screening area, ensuring operational readiness, accurate reporting, and effective stakeholder communication. • In the first six months, expect to: • Serve as the operational owner for assigned screening paths or service areas, driving continuous improvements and supporting new screening initiatives. • Introduce process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, or scalability. • Become a trusted partner to cross-functional stakeholders, confidently making operational decisions within your scope and escalating when appropriate. • Provide data-driven recommendations that improve screening performance and talent activation, while exercising discrete judgment. • In the first year, expect to: • Be recognized as a trusted operational expert within the Screening Operations team. • Help shape new screening processes, operational standards, and scalable ways of working. • Drive meaningful operational improvements through collaboration, data insights, and continuous process optimization. • Contribute to a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
