Responsibilities
• Take ownership of the pre-sale / pre-purchase product journey. • Optimize discovery, merchandising, search, and pre-purchase experiences to maximize total profit, conversion, average transaction value (ATV), and attachment rate. • Work closely with commercial stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams in a fast-moving environment. • Be highly collaborative, data-driven, and comfortable leading initiatives as part of the role's hands-on nature.
