Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, telecom, CPaaS, cloud infrastructure, Voice AI, or related technology sales • Strong understanding of the Indian communications and telecom ecosystem • Proven success building pipeline and closing complex enterprise deals • Experience operating in high-growth or startup environments • Ability to work independently and execute in ambiguous environments • Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills • Comfortable selling to both technical and business stakeholders, including developers, IT, operations, and C-level executives • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong commercial instincts paired with operational rigor • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across technical and business teams • Based in India with willingness to travel regularly • Experience selling CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, Voice AI, messaging, telecom APIs, or developer infrastructure products • Existing relationships across Indian telecom operators, enterprise technology buyers, GSIs, BPOs, or SaaS companies • Experience launching or scaling a new market, territory, or regional business • Familiarity with Indian telecom regulations, compliance frameworks, and enterprise procurement processes • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute Telnyx’s India go-to-market strategy across enterprise, SaaS, AI, telecom, contact center, and platform customers • Personally source, develop, and close strategic customer opportunities across the region • Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, partnerships, ecosystem development, and strategic relationships • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers evaluating communications, Voice AI, messaging, SIP, networking, inference, and telecom infrastructure solutions • Partner closely with FDE teams to drive technical discovery, demos, architecture discussions, and successful deployments • Help shape Telnyx’s positioning, messaging, and market expansion strategy for India • Develop relationships with key SaaS, ISV, channel, and Telecom ecosystem stakeholders • Represent Telnyx at industry events, customer meetings, conferences, and partner engagements • Surface local market intelligence and customer feedback to internal product and operational teams • Help recruit and scale the foundational India GTM organization over time • Operate with high autonomy and ownership in a fast-paced environment
