Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in Tableau and/or PowerBI development and enterprise reporting. • Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Cloud. • Advanced SQL skills with experience querying and manipulating large datasets. • Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or similar platforms. • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes. • Experience developing KPIs, metrics, and executive-level dashboards. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Tableau Desktop • Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud • Data Visualization Best Practices • Microsoft Excel • Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL • Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud (Preferred) • Power BI (Preferred) • Python/R (Preferred) • How You Work • Must be able to work in a fast paced and start up environment • Successful in very entrepreneurial organizations • Must be self-sufficient and be able to work autonomously using creativity and knowledge to drive new and innovative solutions • Tableau Desktop Certified Professional or Tableau Certified Data Analyst certification. • Experience with SSRS, Cognos, Business Objects, or other BI tools. • Knowledge of Python, R, or other data analysis/programming languages. • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Experience working in healthcare, finance, retail, manufacturing, or consulting environments. • What Success Looks Like • Timely delivery of reporting and dashboard solutions. • High user adoption and stakeholder satisfaction. • Accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs. • Improved reporting automation and operational efficiency. • Reduced report development and maintenance effort through scalable solutions. • Industry focused pre-built solutions and KPI’s
