Responsibilities
• Serves as the HR point of contact for all Global Products & Technology leaders (Directors and Front-line Managers). • Meet weekly with relevant functional leaders, providing HR guidance as needed. • Maintains effective Performance Improvement cadence and tracking (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary escalations, etc.). • Work closely with leaders and employees to promote Veeam core values, improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. • Partner with FP&A and People Partner team to reconcile headcount and position management. • Partner with Total Rewards team to advance and promote pay equity initiatives. • Supports the function for Governance and Compliance policies and issues. • Act as liaison with other P&C teams (e.g., Recruiting, HR Operations, etc.). • Identify training needs and partner with leadership to recommend solutions. • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. • Provide change management support as needed. • Other responsibilities and tasks, including ad hoc administrative support, as assigned.
