Requirements
• Sales Experience: 5-8 years of success in sales or business development within a partner-led or channel environment. • Multi Stakeholder Management: Identify and build relationships across organizations. Advancing from relationship to tangible execution that drives the desired outcomes. • Multi Stakeholder Management: • Sector Expertise: Experience working with, or selling into, the HR Tech, HCM, Global Payroll Industries • Sector Expertise: • Move the needle: Have the skills, energy and persistence to drive execution in a role where you do not own the direct execution yourself but will facilitate through others. • Move the needle: • Direct experience with GTM strategies involving HR tech or service offerings • GTM strategies • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, International Relations, or a related field. • Education: • Partner marketing experience: Event Planning, Organization, Execution, and Lead Development and Follow Up • Partner marketing • Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows: • Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary. • Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
