Requirements

• Experience executing digital marketing campaigns for a global brand and/or with a SaaS marketing company • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical customers and internal stakeholders • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work both within a team and independently • Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple customers and projects at the same time • An AI-forward mindset, with the ability to leverage modern AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and confidently articulate data-driven platform features to customers • We'd Be Delighted If You Also Have • Ability to read and write HTML to customise messages beyond standard platform functionality • Familiarity with CSS and JavaScript • Comfort with mobile platforms including iOS, Android, SMS, Mobile Wallet, Email and Web • Experience with one or more marketing technology solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Responsys, Adobe) • Experience with one or more business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau or similar). • Airship’s ‘Digital First’ approach to work means that for the majority of our roles, work can be performed remotely, either some or most of the time. Responsibilities

• Execute campaign messages and customer journeys from start to finish, ensuring quality and on-time delivery • Manage the end-to-end campaign process, including briefing, segmentation, A/B testing and customer approval • Build and use campaign and channel performance reports within Airship's platform to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to customers • Partner with Strategic Consultants and Customer Experience teams to increase customer platform adoption and improve time to value • Provide training and re-training to customers as needed • Document user feedback and share it with Product and other internal teams • Stay current on Airship feature, channel and functionality releases to inform campaign strategy and customer recommendations • Duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned from time to time; or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.
