stedi - Product Manager, Eligibility & Insurance Discovery

• We are seeking a Product Manager to own one of our products end-to-end. You will shape product requirements, define strategy, drive prioritization, and partner closely with engineering to execute the roadmap. • This role requires someone who can thrive in ambiguity, deeply understand revenue cycle workflows, translate complex payer and customer requirements into actionable product direction, and relentlessly pursue performance, accuracy, and reliability in a real-time transaction environment. • Substantial product management experience at a healthcare software company, with a track record of delivering successfully adopted products (B2B products delivered via API are a major plus). • 2+ years working in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly eligibility verification workflows is strongly preferred. • Either Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another technical field, or professional experience writing code are strongly preferred. • Have an established, demonstrable track record of driving product adoption and managing a product roadmap. • Ability to translate complex customer requirements to a highly technical audience. • Highly curious; not satisfied with getting something to work, you want to understand why it works and how to make it high quality. • Thrive in an ambiguous environment with a drive to ship early and often. • We’ve been made aware of individuals impersonating the Stedi recruiting team.
