Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher • At least 2 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales in the Mid-Market or Enterprise segment at a product company (not services) • Proven track record selling complex technical SaaS solutions to C-level executives at Fortune 1000 companies • Hunter mentality — you self-generate 70%+ of your pipeline through outbound prospecting • Located within 1-hour commute of the Greenville, DE or Tysons, VA office (or willing to relocate; company-paid relocation provided) • Ability to work from the office 2-3 days per week • US work authorization (no visa sponsorship) • Nice-to-Haves: • 8+ years of professional experience after graduation • Sales background in data privacy, data security, or cybersecurity • Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy regulations • Key Success Drivers • You are a self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision • You have a low-ego, collaborative personality and value team success over individual glory • You are receptive to feedback — the hiring manager is hands-on and invested in your growth • You are energized by a mission-driven product that protects people's privacy rights • You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment where you wear multiple hats • You have high ethical standards and a consultative approach to selling
Responsibilities
• Own and drive full-cycle SaaS sales from prospecting to close for Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts, targeting $100K+ deals • Build and manage a pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry events • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and executive-level presentations to CIOs, CISOs, Chief Privacy Officers, and VP-level stakeholders • Develop and execute strategic account plans for Fortune 1000 target accounts • Navigate complex procurement cycles involving legal, IT, security, and privacy stakeholders across 3-6 month sales cycles • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to deliver tailored product demonstrations that address specific compliance needs • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene in HubSpot • Represent the company at industry conferences and events
