• 3–5 years of proven video editing experience for social and digital platforms • Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, with a working knowledge of video and audio encoding, standards, and formats • Experience with structured media file management using platforms like Iconik, LucidLink, Frame.io, Google Drive, or Dropbox • Experience with project management tools like ClickUp • Proficiency in animation and motion graphics using After Effects, Motion, or similar tools • Experience formatting and troubleshooting video assets for social media platforms • Experience in color correction for all video types • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Fast and eager learner with critical thinking, problem-solving, time management, and multitasking skills • Deep understanding of digital trends, with a point of view on what will engage and grow audiences • Experience in other areas of video production, including storyboarding, producing, and GFX • Basic audio and sound mixing knowledge • Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing • The final compensation for this position will depend on various factors, including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and geographical location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
