Requirements

Responsibilities
• Review NDAs and Independent Contractors, using internal templates and playbooks and under supervision. • Prepares draft summaries of Health Plan/Employer contracts, identifying key terms and operational requirements. • Track contract expirations and renewals coordinating with internal stakeholders in accordance with the vendor process. • Manage the execution process via DocuSign and handle departmental mail • Maintain contract database integrity and ensure accurate data governance and reporting • Build reports and dashboards, and analyze data to answer questions from our business partners. • Support corporate compliance programs including policy maintenance, training coordination, and documentation. • Contribute to the creation of playbooks, checklists, and updating of tools that enhance department workflow efficiency. • Contribute to Legal Department initiatives, Legal Hub/intranet, and other resources, supporting the Company’s broader operational goals. • Assist with research and document preparation. • Assist in resolving both internal and external department requests • Act as a versatile team player, supporting various tasks and evolving departmental needs. • Equity plan administration. • Management of training compliance. • SOC2 and HIPAA audit tactical support.
