Coinbase - Derivatives Sales Associate

• 3+ years in derivatives sales, sales and trading, or business development at a tier-1 financial institution, cryptocurrency exchange, or fintech, with a focus on APAC markets. • Proven origination track record with existing relationships among VIP derivatives traders (crypto or traditional finance) in APAC, demonstrated by measurable revenue or volume growth in prior roles. • Deep knowledge of derivatives market structure, product types (perpetuals, options, futures), and risk management principles sufficient to consult with sophisticated trading clients. • History of independently closing complex, high-value deals and consistently exceeding revenue or volume targets. • Willingness to travel within APAC (up to approximately 30%) and English fluency (spoken and written). • Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality. • Pay Transparency Notice: The target annual base salary for this position can range as detailed below.
