Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in related technical or business concentration required or equivalent in work experience • Attention to detail is a must • Understanding and/or willingness to learn IT technical language • Demonstrates a willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to work on a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Possesses the ability to self-manage and adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected shifts in priorities while maintaining focus and productivity • Ability to work a flexible work schedule as required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Any travel/on-site requirements as needed - up to 10% • Substantial movement of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers for a minimum of 8 hours a day • Required to have close visual acuity to view computer terminal and/or extensive reading for a minimum of 8 hours a day • If you have additional physical requirements/changes, please discuss with HR first. • We use Greenhouse Software as our applicant tracking system and Zoom Scheduler for HR screen request scheduling. Responsibilities
• Create, modify, and inactivate products, vendors and customers in NetSuite and Salesforce • Analyze existing data for quality and consistency across all systems • Collaborate with internal teams for data collection and verification • Processing ticket requests and user issues promptly and professionally • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and ensure data supports business needs • Assist with analyzing to best meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to defined data standards • Continuously learn to maintain strong knowledge of technology • Suggest and help implement process improvements and efficiencies • Other duties as assigned
