• Conducting comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment for patients across various ages and backgrounds through text-based, and video visits • Managing and coordinating care for chronic conditions • Providing preventive care, wellness counseling, and health education to promote holistic well-being • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and lab results • Prescribing medications in accordance with state and federal regulations • Handling referrals and prior authorizations • Accurately and thoroughly documenting tasks and communications in the electronic medical record (EMR) • Completing compliance tasks in a timely manner • Maintaining compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards • Producing clear and efficient encounter visit notes that showcase strong medical decision-making, comprehensive differential diagnoses, and relevant, well-structured care plans • ## What You'l Bring • A Board-certified physician (MD or DO) degree from an accredited medical school • Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required • At least 5 years of primary care experience, including adults and pediatrics • Active, unrestricted physician licenses in a minimum of 15 states, including: • At least 2 of the following: California, Texas, or Florida • Preference given to candidates with active licenses in: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington • At least 1 year of remote work experience preferred • Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and patient engagement skills • A self-motivated and independent work style, with a strong capacity for teamwork and collaboration • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage your time effectively in a remote work environment • Adaptability to evolving technology, including AI-driven tools and digital platforms
