Natera - Associate Director/Director, Product Management, Oncology Clinical Trial Matching

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in physical or life sciences, statistics, or engineering. A Master’s or PhD degree is preferred. • A minimum of 7 years of experience, with at least 5 years in product management, product marketing, commercialization, or strategic consulting. • Experience in oncology products, medical devices, or diagnostics is highly preferred. • Familiarity with large-scale high complexity molecular testing laboratories, particularly in tumor tissue sequencing, is desirable. • Expertise in the Life Sciences industry is highly preferred. • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. • Strong understanding of technology and the ability to articulate customer value propositions effectively. • Excellent project and process management skills. • Proficiency with office applications (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel) and presentation tools (e.g., MS PowerPoint). • Basic financial and economic modeling skills. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Candidates with experience leading scientific or technical projects in R&D roles are encouraged to apply. • Must demonstrate strong analytical, product development, and project management expertise. • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence decision-making in a team environment. • Ability to communicate regularly with senior leadership. • The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
