Responsibilities
• Assist clients with cruise, resort, and vacation reservations • Research travel options, pricing, promotions, and availability • Coordinate booking details and ensure accuracy of travel arrangements • Communicate confirmations, updates, and travel information to clients • Maintain organized records of bookings and client interactions • Provide professional support throughout the reservation process • Stay informed on supplier promotions, destination information, and travel updates
