Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker within Dubai or the UAE property market • In-depth understanding of UAE mortgage products, bank requirements, and real estate regulations • Proven track record of managing multiple client transactions in the UAE • UAE mortgage broker license or relevant industry certification (preferred) • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mortgage options and regulations specific to the UAE property market • Assess clients’ financial profiles and overall eligibility for various UAE mortgage products • Prepare, review, and submit required documentation to local banks and financial institutions • Liaise with UAE-based lenders to negotiate rates, terms, and approvals on behalf of clients • Maintain compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines • Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agencies, property developers, and banks across the UAE • Guide clients through the full mortgage lifecycle, from enquiry through to approval and disbursal
