Whether that’s frontend code, AI-assisted prototyping tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex), or something else, you close the gap between design and production. • Research fluency: demonstrated ability to plan and conduct rapid user testing, draw insightful conclusions, and translate findings into product decisions. • AI maturity: you’re comfortable experimenting with emerging tools to streamline research, prototyping, and synthesis. • It would be great if you also • Experience with research ops tools (e.g., Rally, User Interviews, Dovetail). • A background in behavioral economics, individualized psychology, or localization/globalization. • Prior experience as a first design hire or working in a 0-to-1 environment. • LearnLux is a fit for you if you • Thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy building in moments of change.
