OpenTable - Android Engineer (Fixed-term)

• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining scalable, modern, and high-performing Android applications. • Proven track record of improving the architecture of an established Android app. • Strong proficiency in writing maintainable Kotlin code with a deep value for testing, reliability, and performance. • Hands-on experience working with mobile analytics or attribution integrations, such as Firebase or attribution SDKs. • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, marketing, and data stakeholders, explaining technical decisions clearly. • Experience working across Android applications and the backend services that support them, including server-side Java. • Passion for enhancing developer experience, infrastructure, and internal tooling. • Familiarity with creating and contributing to shared Android infrastructure. • Demonstrated appetite for continually refining the end-user experience through data-driven insights. • Work Environment & Flexibility • At OpenTable, we pride ourselves on fostering a global and dynamic work environment.
