Cloudbeds - Data Services Reports & Insights Analyst

• Build and Optimize Reports: Create, refine, and troubleshoot reports across Cloudbeds' PMS reporting suite to ensure customers have accurate, actionable data at their fingertips. • Resolve Reporting Discrepancies: Proactively investigate and troubleshoot data inconsistencies before they escalate into customer frustration. • Coach Clients on Key Metrics: Guide hoteliers through core performance indicators—ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and channel performance—helping them read and act on their numbers with confidence. • Translate Data Into Decisions: Turn raw operational and financial data into clear, actionable insights that directly shape how hospitality businesses understand their performance and grow revenue. • Support Customers Across Channels: Answer reporting-related questions via calls and emails, acting as a trusted resource for customers navigating their data. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Product, Onboarding, Support, and Customer Success to continuously improve how customers access and interpret their reporting data. • What Sets You Up for Success: • Hospitality Tech Background: Direct experience working with Hotel Property Management Systems, channel managers and similar systems. • Client-Facing Expertise: A proven track record in onboarding, implementation, or Tier 2/3 technical support with a natural ability to teach and guide users. • Advanced Spreadsheet Proficiency: Power-user skills in Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data cleaning). • Analytical Mindset: Strong understanding of basic data management principles, data mapping, parsing, and root-cause error analysis. • Meticulous Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision when handling sensitive historical, financial, and guest records. • Remote-First Readiness: Highly tech-savvy with cloud-based workflows and equipped with a reliable, high-speed internet connection for video coaching sessions. • Multilingual Capabilities: Professional proficiency (verbal and written) in Spanish or Portuguese. • BI & Analytics Familiarity: Prior experience working with business intelligence dashboards or advanced financial reporting structures. • Work Authorization: Please note that applicants must be currently authorized to work in the location where the position is located without requiring visa sponsorship.
