Motive - Data Analyst II
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data transformation • Expertise in HEX or Retool for dashboard development and storytelling (Preferred) • HEX or Retool • Strong business acumen & KPIs knowledge for Pre & Post Sales functions such as Support, Sales engineering, services / customer onboarding and customer support • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy • Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting/dashboards • Python/R for data manipulation and automation • Python/R • Prior experience supporting Customer Support, Services, or Sales Engineering organizations • Customer Support, Services, or Sales Engineering organizations • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
