Requirements
• An impressive educational background, demonstrating a high level of numeracy and a track record of sustained achievement • Proven experience in accounts payable, preferably within a fast-paced, high growth environment • Familiarity with accounts payable processing software (Tipalti and/or Sage Intacct is advantageous) • Exceptional attention to detail and effective communication skills with a willingness to learn • A proactive approach, with a drive to continuously improve processes, increase efficiency, and leverage technology to automate tasks
Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end purchase order process and process invoices from our suppliers across all ClearScore Group entities, ensuring accurate and timely submission • Prepare and process weekly payment runs and perform bank and supplier reconciliations • Act as the primary point of contact for all employee and supplier related purchase order, invoice and payment queries • Maintain and improve strong financial controls that scale effectively with the business • Support the management of ClearScore’s employee expense reimbursement process and ensure claims are in line with company policy
