Requirements

Responsibilities

• To sell and manage accounts within the UK market as a Senior Account Executive. • Engage with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies that align with our products/services. • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders, including sales leads, customers, partners, suppliers, etc., through various channels such as phone calls, emails, meetings, or video conferences. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty towards our brand/company. • To provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and effectively. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth through effective account management strategies, including upselling or cross-selling opportunities when appropriate. • Monitor market trends and competitors' activities in order to identify new business prospects and potential threats that may impact our clients’ interests. • To maintain a professional appearance on all communication platforms (phone calls, emails, meetings) as it reflects the company image towards its stakeholders. • Attend regular team meetings with other account executives to discuss client needs, share best practices and collaborate for mutual growth opportunities.
