Requirements

Responsibilities
• Ensure high standards of data integrity and completeness across all CRM records. • Deliver key sales performance tracking and routine updates to commercial teams. • Manage the full lifecycle of channel operations—spanning onboarding, profiling, contracting, and commission calculations—by verifying deal data, partner eligibility, payout statements, and relevant commission logic. • Develop and refine commercial operational frameworks, including policies, SOPs, playbooks, and channel workflows. • Troubleshoot data and process discrepancies, determine root causes, and drive actionable, effective solutions. • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related area (relevant internship experience is welcomed for entry-level candidates). • Bachelor's degree or higher • Analytical Capability: Skilled in data analytics tools to gather, evaluate, and present data, turning information into strategic insights for decision-making. • Skilled in data analytics tools • Operational Precision: High attention to detail paired with a methodical style for managing data integrity and operational workflows. • High attention to detail • Execution & Ownership: Proactive problem solver who takes complete responsibility from identifying operational issues through to full resolution. • Proactive problem solver • Adaptability: Proven capability to handle multiple competing priorities and consistently hit milestones within a fast-moving setting. • Proven capability to handle multiple competing priorities • Communication Skills: Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese. • Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese.
