Requirements
• Strong software engineering fundamentals. • Comfortable working in ambiguity and moving quickly. • High ownership and bias toward execution. • Curious, technical, and motivated by difficult problems. • Excited to work closely with operators and domain experts. • Interested in building systems that directly affect how businesses run. • 3+ years of software engineering work experience. • Experienced in Typescript, Python, React, Fast API, Django, Flask, AWS • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and APIs. • Experimented with personal projects of your own. • Experience in fintech, insurance, or workflow automation is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain internal and customer-facing software systems. • Design backend services, APIs, and infrastructure. • Work across the stack to ship new features and products quickly. • Partner with non-technical teams to automate manual workflows. • Improve reliability, performance, and scalability of existing systems. • Contribute to technical architecture and engineering standards. • Help shape engineering culture as we grow the team.
