Eleventh Hour Games - Social Media and Influencer Manager
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience managing large scale social media channels • Strong understanding of gaming culture, ARPG players and communities, creator platforms, and social media trends • Experience managing influencer campaigns across multiple platforms • Prior experience running community based social and influencer campaigns • Familiarity with social publishing tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.) • Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt to each channel specific audience • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with tight deadline • PREFERENCES: • Experience with Twitch Drop campaigns and creator reward programs • Experience with asset management, video editing, and template management • Reasonable Accommodation • KRAFTON Americas is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals. Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including X, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Bluesky, Tik Tok, YouTube, and other emerging channels • Plan, schedule, and publish social media content, supporting seasonal releases, campaigns, live updates, and community initiatives • Collaborate with marketing, publishing, community, and creative teams to support go to market campaigns and events • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, streamers, content creators, brand ambassadors, and agencies • Track, analyze, and report on social media and influencer campaign performance • Create engaging social media content and associated written social media copy • Stay up to date with social media trends, updates, and creator programs • Identify new opportunities that align with Last Epoch’s audience and core values • Proactive approach to engage with players, cultivate positive relationships, and build brand trust with our community
