Requirements
• Experience in software architecture, with experience focused on AI/ML systems • Deep expertise in LLM architecture, prompt engineering, and GenAI application design • Strong understanding of agentic AI patterns, multi-agent systems, and autonomous decision-making frameworks • Experience with enterprise AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Haystack, or similar) • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with modern AI/ML tooling (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.) • Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, and event-driven systems • Track record of shipping production AI systems at scale in enterprise environments • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred) • Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent communication standards • Experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and semantic search systems • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI services • Experience in SaaS or enterprise software companies • What Makes This Role Exciting • Shape the future of AI-powered business planning at a leading enterprise platform • Work on cutting-edge agentic AI systems that autonomously reason about complex business problems • Collaborate with a world-class team pushing the boundaries of conversational and autonomous AI • Influence technical decisions across the entire AI product portfolio • Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) • We believe attracting and retaining the best talent and fostering an inclusive culture strengthens our business.
