FormativGroup - Cybersecurity Architect - Remote
Requirements
• You will likely be successful in this role if you have: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, including enterprise security architecture and solution design. • Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security, and enterprise security architecture. • Experience securing industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) in manufacturing environments. • Ability to collaborate across IT, OT, engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders. • Experience developing security standards, identifying vulnerabilities, managing risk, and addressing applicable security or regulatory requirements. • How You Work • Take a practical, risk-based approach that balances cybersecurity controls with production uptime and operational reliability. • Work across technical and business teams to translate security risks into actionable architectural decisions. • Communicate standards, priorities, and recommendations clearly while maintaining strong technical judgment. • Exposure to security considerations for connected industrial devices and industrial networks. • Familiarity with manufacturing supply chain cybersecurity challenges. • Experience evaluating new security technologies for enterprise or industrial environments. • What Success Looks Like • Establish a clear view of enterprise and industrial security risks, priorities, and architecture needs. • Produce actionable architecture guidance, standards, and risk mitigation recommendations. • Support stronger protection of corporate systems and manufacturing environments without losing sight of uptime. • Build trusted working relationships across IT, OT, engineering, and business stakeholders. • Why Join FormativGroupFormativGroup is a PE-backed technology consulting and implementation partner helping organizations modernize complex business platforms, improve delivery outcomes, and scale technology solutions that support long-term growth.
