Axon - Technical Programme Manager

• Experience working with Singapore government agencies or public-sector customers, and a working understanding of how formal approval routes and procurement governance operate. • Proven experience managing complex technology, systems integration, engineering or robotics programs. We're looking for large, multi-workstream delivery involving hardware, software, integration, testing and deployment, not simple device rollouts. • A background in tech, ideally with US technology companies, and the technical fluency to engage confidently with engineers and challenge delivery assumptions. • Experience coordinating multiple vendors and partners. • Strong written and spoken English for day-to-day work with our US team and Singapore government stakeholders. • A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology or a related technical discipline. • PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum certification. • Experience with robotics, autonomous systems, public-safety, defence or critical-infrastructure programs. • Familiarity with Singapore's PDPA, cybersecurity and safety requirements for technology deployments. • Experience with government tender delivery or public-sector project assurance in Singapore. • Proficiency with planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira or Azure DevOps. • Don’t meet every single requirement?
