Requirements
• We run mostly contingent searches for top Seed stage through Series C start-ups, but we're expanding into retained search and looking for someone who can own one or more verticals for retained search. • This is a commission based role (1099), 45%/45% split with 10% going to recruiting operations. Estimated annual earnings are 225k and above with no cap, but it depends highly on performance. This role is not for other agencies to partner with us. While the role doesn't require a long term commitment, a sign-on bonus potential for long-term commitment. • Have been in a Founding Recruiter or Head of Talent type of role.
