Requirements
• Native or business fluent German and English. • Proven sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment with achievement of quota totaling 600k EUR per annum. • Experience selling to CxO (CFO/CTO) and other stakeholders. • Understanding of the MEDDIC/MEDDPICC Sales methodologies or similar experience, with application in sales environment preferred but not mandatory as it's a NICE_TO_HAVE skill set.
Responsibilities
• Engaging with economic buyers within merchant accounts to identify and secure a role for GoCardless as a payment provider. • Liaising with multitude of stakeholders and departments; from finance and engineering to product and procurement, building business cases and securing commercial arrangements. • Closing multi-territory, multi-year deals with fast growing companies within the German & Austrian market. • Identifying high-fit accounts within your territory/book of business for GoCardless as a payment provider. • Developing account plans and working with stakeholders in marketing to deliver those plans while building network within identified accounts. • Selling value of global payments platform developed by GoCardless, negotiating opportunities through negotiation up to contract closure.

• Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point (£64,800 - £81,000) of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role.
